LBi Nederland, eFocus and I-Company triumph at the Episerver Benelux Awards 2013
LBi Nederland was selected as Partner of the Year, while eFocus and I-Company triumphed in the categories of eCommerce Project of the Year and Digital Marketing Project of the Year
Haarlem, September 19, 2013 - Episerver, a global software provider for innovative digital marketing and e-commerce solutions, today presented its annual partner awards during the Episerver Benelux event at the Corpus museum in Leiden. LBi Nederland was selected as Partner of the Year, while eFocus and I-Company triumphed in the categories of eCommerce Project of the Year and Digital Marketing Project of the Year, respectively.
Top 3 = 3 x top performance
LBi Nederland, a leading marketing and technology company and partner of Episerver since 2008, received the Partner of the Year award as an acknowledgement for initiating eight new development projects based on the Episerver platform in the past year. Among others, it embarked on the construction of websites for O'Neill, Fleura and Koninklijk Concertgebouworkest.
"LBi Nederland has been one of our most valued partners for five years. During this period, they havecontributed towards Episerver's growth and added many prominent names to our sizeable customer portfolio," says Marten Kruisinga, Managing Director, Episerver Benelux.
eFocus, an Episerver partner since 2010, received the eCommerce Project of the Year award for the website it developed for D.E. Master Blenders 1753. The full-service internet agency used Episerver CMS, Episerver Commerce, Community and Mail. The resulting ecommerce solution presents the right product/market combinations for each country, using Episerver's multi-language and multi-currency features.
"eFocus' optimum use of the Episerver platform and integration of D.E. Master Blenders 1753's internal systems makes it more than deserving of this award," says Marten Kruisinga.
Web agency I-Company, a relatively new partner to Episerver, was presented with the Digital Marketing Project of the Year award for a new site it developed for KLM: the BlueBook community. This website allows business travel bookers to find comprehensive information on destinations. The Explore and Collect features in this community are particularly ground-breaking. They allow travel bookers to easily request or share information on hotels, landmarks and meeting points, among others. I-Company deployed Episerver Social CMS (CMS and Community) and Episerver Find for the development of the online community. "I-Company has succeeded in building an innovative environment for KLM which makes optimum use of the social media options of the Episerver platform,"says Marten Kruisinga.
A token of recognition
The partner award winners deserve a lot of praise. Kruisinga continues: "Each of them has fully leveraged the capabilities of the Episerver technology. In each of the three cases, this has resulted in a highly manageable website as well as a fantastic online user experience. We are proud to present these awards as a token of our recognition. The three winners provide an essential contribution to our mission of implementing solutions that allow customers to deliver engaging sites and online results."
