The Most Customer Centric Experience Award is given to a customer that has leveraged Content Cloud to its full potential and has built and maintained an outstanding customer-centric experiencd. This company will have a personalized end user experience using functionalities such as visitor groups and A/B testing. The simutaneous use of Welcome is preferred.
The winner will have Content Cloud fully deployed and ideally understand the longterm benefits of running the platform. These benefits could be factors like ease-of-use for editors and marketers, seamless integrations and impressive uptime or speed on their website.
Candidates for this award should have demonstrated:
- An overall exceptional website experience built with Content Cloud (ideally with the help of Welcome)
- Customer-centric, behavior-driven experiences, ideally by using CMS functionalities such as Visitor Groups and Search & Navigation
- A personalized end user experience
- Online community building and collaboration amongst editors, for example by using the Projects functionality in the CMS
- Integrated social media solutions, a sophisticated mobile strategy and skilled use of search marketing tactics (SEO & SEM)
