This integration gives you the ability to make your search data actionable and useful. Klevu captures keywords that your site visitors have searched. ODP integration with Klevu allows you to sync those keywords into ODP and use them in campaigns. Most importantly, you’ll be able to launch ODP Search Abandonment recipe to follow-up with shoppers who searched for products but did not complete a purchase.

How It Works

Enable the Klevu app in ODP App Directory: Click on the Klevu tile, then click on the Install App button.

Under the Settings tab, enter the required information, Search Sub Domain and JS API Key, for authorization. You can find these in Klevu.

In ODP, use the Test search term field to verify that the authentication worked. ODP will return a product name containing the search term you used if the app is syncing correctly.

After configuring the app, you’ll be able to use the new Liquid function for Klevu search terms in your content by calling: app.klevu.search(term: <term>)
