Tax Exemption Certificate Manager (TECM)
Upload and view Tax Exemption forms directly through your account using TECM.
The Tax Exemption Certificate Manager (TECM) is a plug-in that enables customers to upload and view Tax Exemption forms directly through their account on an Optimizely Configured Commerce site.
This integration will add a page and associated widgets under My Account for users to View and Add their tax exemption certificates which are validated by Avalara.
*Note – this integration will work for both Classic and Spire CMS front ends
The TECM integrates with both Spire and Classic CMS. The front end is fully configurable and uses the style guidelines provided by the site.
One tax provider can be used per site, configurable in the console. AvaTax and Avalara CertCapture are available with this plugin.
