Registration is easy. Fill out a couple of details about yourself, where you work and how we can reach you in case of an emergency, and we'll send you details about how to attend over email.

All attendees are required to register to attend Opticon. As long as they've registered, they're welcome to attend too.
Opticon New York and London are live in-person events. General sessions and limited breakouts will be available on-demand post event. Opticon Online will take place October 21 and is included in registration for the in-person events.

Travel
New York – September 10
Opticon is taking place in New York City at the North Javits Conference Center. The visiting address is: 445 11th Ave at 38th Street, New York, NY 10001, United States
London - September 30
Opticon London is taking place at the Barbican Centre, located in the city of London. The visiting address is: Silk St, Barbican, London EC2Y 8DS. Guests should arrive via the Silk Street entrance. Map location.
Opticon New York – North Javits Center
- Subway: the closest station to the Javits Center is 34th Street-Hudson Yards (served by the 7 train). Take the 7 train towards 34 St-Hudson Yards and exit at the last stop (34th Street-Hudson Yards). From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to the Javits Center.
- Penn Station (if you're coming by train): Penn Station is a 10-minute walk to the Javits Center. Head west on 34th Street towards 11th Avenue, and you'll see the Javits Center on your right.

Opticon London – The Barbican Centre
- The Barbican Centre is located in central London. Travel to the venue is recommended by public transport or taxi. The venue is a short walk from several underground and mainline train stations. If you are not participating in any of the above pre-event meetings, badge pick up is open from 4:00 PM ET on September 9 followed by a Drinks Reception 4:00 – 6:00 PM ET. All guests registered to attend Opticon New York are welcome.

New York
The Javits Center does not have onsite parking. However, there are numerous off-site parking facilities within walking distance. To ensure a smooth experience, it is advisable to reserve your parking spot in advance.
London
The Barbican Centre operates a 24-hour underground car park, accessed via Silk Street. The car park can be booked online in advance or paid for on arrival. For details on rates and to reserve a spot visit the Barbican website.
New York
Opticon New York is a one-day conference and accommodations are not included with event registration. There are several nearby hotels; reservations need to be organized directly with your preferred hotel and are subject to availability.
London
Opticon London is a one-day conference and accommodation is not included with event registration. There are several nearby hotels including The Malmaison Hotel, One Hundred Shoreditch and the Westin London City. Reservations need to be made directly with your preferred hotel and are subject to availability.
Attending
New York
You can select your preferred breakouts and workshops in the Agenda Builder. This will be published on August 5 from this date you can login at any time to plan your schedule and craft your personalized Opticon experience. To do this after you have registered, you will need the confirmation number and the email address you registered with.
London
You can select your preferred breakouts and workshops in the Agenda Builder. Full catering is provided during the conference opening hours; meals include grab and go breakfast, lunch, all day beverages, morning and afternoon refreshments, drinks and hors d’oeuvres during the closing reception.
You must be 21 years or over to attend Opticon.
Yes, a mobile app will be available for download closer to the event. The app allows you to network with other attendees, schedule meetings with our sponsoring partners, build your custom agenda and stay up-to-date on all things Opticon!
The app will be available for Opticon New York and London.
