BCR (Binding Corporate Rules)

Optimizely has submitted draft versions of the Optimizely Group’s binding corporate rules for Data Processing to the Swedish data protection authorities. We are currently in discussions with these authorities and are currently exchanging drafts. Although there are no approved Optimizely binding corporate rules in place, Optimizely is operating under the drafted controls. Once Optimizely has received the required approvals from Sweden and acceptances from other jurisdictions, a copy of the approved Optimizely Group’s binding corporate rules will be posted on this webpage.
