To me, being a MarTech Maverick means being passionate about collecting all the valuable data I can, to better understand the customers I have and, from there, how to create the best possible experiences for them. The right data empowers people, which is my ultimate North Star. I have found it helps a lot to stay curious, and open-minded about creative solutions. It is also extremely useful to keep up conversations with a diverse group of people who are passionate about data & customers too.
