Software Service Terms
The following documents are applicable to the relevant Software Service(s) purchased by the Customer in the order of precedence of these documents. If Customer purchased Experimentation Services and/or Data Platform Services, Customer should note that those Software Services have their own SLA due to how those services are provided. When using Experimentation Services and/or Data Platform Services, their respective SLA take precedence over the Optimizely SLA listed below
